Guests can opt into just joining for the day on Friday. This will entitle them to all food and programming, but accommodations will not be provided.

8:00 AM: Breakfast is available
8:15 AM - 9:00 AM: Yoga (Beginner)
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Yoga (Advanced)
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch - Kriti Catering
1:45 PM - 5:00 PM: Massage appointments available
5:45 AM - 6:30 PM: Cooking like a Greek - a class by Chef Mary Cuclis
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Mediterranean-Style Dinner - Kriti Catering
